Vincent Carême focuses on dry and off-dry Vouvray wines with clean, pure fruit. This discreet scholar is part of the young generation that is giving this great terroir of Vouvray its letters of nobility. His range is straightforward, with a loyal expression, increasingly mineral - the maturing in cask is also more precise - and this, from the bubbles, well controlled, to the sweetness. In addition to their precision, the wines are now harmonious. This estate produces several cuvées, including brut, Ancestrale, dry Vouvray, Peu Morier and, finally, Clos 2008.
