In 2005, Diane took over the estate with her husband. They wanted to develop the estate further and decided to convert it to organic and biodynamic farming. They obtained Biodyvin certification in 2012. They strive to produce Fronton wines that are both accessible and elegant. Today, the vineyards in the Fronton appellation cover around 15 hectares: 13 hectares of reds (négrette, syrah, cabernet franc, gamay noir à jus blanc, malbec (cot) and cabernet-sauvignon) and 2 hectares of whites (bouysselet, chenin and sauvignon blanc). Château La Colombière produces around 60,000 bottles a year and offers a diverse range of wines. The white cuvée Grand B offers notes of curry and fresh grass. As for the reds, the Fronton Réserve is easy to digest, with floral and red fruit aromas. Fresh on the palate with a peppery finish. The Colombière Vinum cuvée is very tasty and an immediate pleasure, while the Coste rouge, a pure négrette from red clay gravel, is both fruity and deep.
