The Comte Liger Belair estate is currently practising integrated pest management, with a move towards biological pest management, particularly for end-of-season treatments. All the wines are matured in new barrels from two cooperages and three different forests. The wines are not fined or filtered before bottling. The flagship of the estate is the 85-acre Bourgogne grand cru La Romanée. It is the smallest AOC in the world, ideally placed in the extension of the no less famous Romanée Conti. A parcel of Echézeaux completes the estate's grand crus. The estate also produces Vosne Romanée premiers crus, such as the highly sought-after Vosne Romanée 1er cru Suchots, Petits Monts and Aux Brulées.
