Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson covers 19 hectares in the Côte de Beaune, just over half of which is devoted to red Burgundy wines. The vineyards are farmed organically. 90% of the grapes are destemmed. Whatever their colour, the wines are matured for 12 months (the Corton Charlemagne for up to 18 months), with 10% new barrels. They are fined and lightly filtered before bottling. The estate's highest quality parcels are the 3 grands crus on the hillside of Corton (Rognet, Renardes and Charlemagne), Pommard Les Petits Noizons, Volnay premier cru Chanlin, Saint Romain Sous La Velle and Sous Le Château and Meursault 1er cru Chevalières.
