The range of his wines is fairly narrow and includes some superb crus:

Vincent Dancer Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru, Vincent Dancer Meursault 1er cru Perrières, Meursault les Grands Charrons, Meursault Corbins, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru la Romanée, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot la Tête du Clos. Red wines: Pommard 1er Cru Pézerolles, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot Grande Borne, and Beaune 1er Cru les Montevenots. The wines of Domaine Vincent Dancer are pure and intense, rather concentrated and sometimes slightly marked by ageing in the 1st years. They age gracefully, and it is advisable to wait 5 to 8 years before enjoying them at their best. All the wines are highly recommendable, as the vineyards are meticulously tended on very high-quality terroirs. The vintages produce great wines. In the 2016 and 2017 vintages, Vincent Dancer's Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru is worthy of praise, its power and intensity placing it at the top of the great white wines of Burgundy. The Meursault 1er Cru les Perrières is all subtlety, served by an intense minerality and first-rate fruitiness. The Meursault les Grands Charrons, from a 60-year-old vineyard just below Les Tessons, derives its grandeur from the limestone outcrops here. The 2016 Chassagne 1er cru la Romanée is fat, elegant and stylish, with a lovely saline tension. A very fine Pommard 1er Cru Pézerolles 2016, with delicate accents of rose and bramble, to be laid down calmly for 5 to 8 years. Unfortunately, the small size of the Vincent Dancer estate means that it is not able to satisfy the huge worldwide demand for such wines, and although prices tend to be at the higher end of the market, the very high quality of the wines produced by the Vincent Dancer estate is bound to attract more and more lovers of great Burgundy wines, thus justifying its current reputation.
