The Champagne of Estate Ulysse Collin 

Olivier Collin, who had a passion for Burgundy wines during his studies, took over the family estate in Congy, located in the heart of the Petit Morin hillsides in the extension of the Côte des Blancs. He was at this time a young winemaker who made the most of his terroirs by working rigorously and precisely in the vineyard and cellar to produce delicious champagne.

His first vintage was released in 2004: extra brut, parcel-based champagnes, vinified and matured in wood. The juices express themselves perfectly thanks to optimum ripeness of the berries and a very low interventionist vinification in barrels. 

Thanks to specific viticulture techniques, the geological characteristics of each parcel are passed on to each cuvée, giving it a strong personality and a remarkable intensity of flavour: enough to please wine-lovers and leave a lasting impression. 

Renowned internationally, Ulysse Collin Champagne are available in a number of exceptional cuvées: freshness of flavour, aromatic precision and still confidential production, you'll love this Champagne from Great Winemaker!
