The Domaine Arnaud Ente is based in Meursault and was founded by Arnaud Ente in 1992 when the vines were returned to his in-laws. At the head of a winery of over 4 hectares of vines, already organic, Arnaud Ente distinguished himself by making refined wines of a rare precision and a particular attention paid to pruning as much as harvesting in order to obtain naturally concentrated and balanced grapes.

The quest of Arnaud Ente is balance, precision and beauty. This rising star of Burgundy was even awarded Winemaker of the Year by the famous guide of Bettane and Desseauve. Since then, Arnaud Ente notoriety has only grown and his name now circulates amongst the most passionate wine connoisseurs. The rarity of his wines makes him one of the most sought-after winemakers in Burgundy. Arnaud Ente seeks purity and tension in his wines, and one must admit that, even if they are simply regional (Such as Bourgogne Aligoté, or his White Burgundy Chardonnay) or village appellations (Meursault "Clos des Ambres" or "Le Sève du Clos"), they are of exceptional density and precision. From vines that are not considered to be of the "finest" climats, Arnaud Ente succeeds, year after year, to produce incredible wines in a lesson in style to true connoisseurs of great white wines. His "simple" Meursault villages far surpasses numerous Grand Crus in the beauty of their perfume or the density of their body. Arnaud Ente Bourgogne Aligoté has a pure, delicate nose, fresh and tonic. The qualitative level of this wine, from old vines in Meursault on a terroir of gravel and aged in part in demi-muid, is remarkable. Arnaud Ente white burgundy cuvee, from old vines in Meursault and young vines in Puligny, is fresh with a refined and discret nose. The attack is precise and incisive, sleek, with a pure and cutting finish. Arnaud Ente Meursault "Clos des Ambres" offers a magnificent mouth of candied citrus of great finesse. In the mouth, a superb fruit driven energy with incredible freshness and a luminous finish of great clarity, the oak being perfectly integrated. It's a wine created for gastronomy, that affirms itself through its texture. Arnaud Ente Volnay 1er cru "Santenots du Milieu" is superb, with pretty fruit, floral and spicy nose that contrasts in the mouth thanks to the use of whole bunches. A beautiful red burgundy wine, with the oak perfectly integrated, it's matter expanding on the long finish.
